Explaining the trend of rural tourism developments and its effects on urban-rural relations in the last two decades in Rudsar city
One of the most important problems in developing countries is the problems and challenges of rural development, because past strategies and goals in rural development have not been successful and have failed to address major rural issues. Tourism is one of the forms of economic development and one of the main means of social contact between different societies. In the present study, using descriptive-analytical research method, firstly, by analyzing the written documents, the data were collected and preliminary data were analyzed and the demographic characteristics of tourism target villages of Rudsar during the last two decades were evaluated. They asked if there was a qualitative and quantitative increase in tourists to the study area of capital flow in favor of the rural community? The sample population consisted of 34 villages with the most natural, religious and cultural attractions were selected in four central districts: Chabeksar, Kalachai and Rahimabad. The results of the defined items for measuring the level of interactions and their effects on the relationship between the city and the village by means of Ttest indicated that in addition to positive tourism developments for the villages, some problems were also presented for the villages. We have come to some conclusions about the transformation of rural agricultural activities. Culturally, all villages have been influenced by urban culture in terms of the type of cover, the change in the type of architecture and the construction of houses, and the change in rural trades
