Investigation from the Islamic Governmental Jurisprudence with a Security-Military Approach

Today, two categories of rules of respect for privacy of individuals as a symbol of individual freedoms and investigations as necessary by the government as a symbol of sovereign power as a controversial arena between supporters and opponents of each of them. Considering that after the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, the protection of the Islamic system has been encountered by a variety of internal security and military security clashes by the state authorities, so the search is necessary for this purpose if necessary.By studying Shiite jurisprudential sources in the field of investigation, (verses, narrations, practices of the infallibles and the rules of jurisprudence), these resources are divided into two categories. The first category denotes the sanctity and unlawfulness of the investigation of the Muslims, and the second part of the verses, traditions and practices of the infallibles (as) and jurisprudential rules refer to the permission and in some cases the need for inquiry.
