Abstract:

Extensive changes in recent times have caused differences in every field, and education has undergone changes in this process, and the pattern of education has shifted to the approach of e-learning and virtual. In this regard, this study examined the developments of teaching and learning styles in the third millennium, virtual education, e-learning, combined education. This study was a kind of library and analytical research and the findings showed that in the e-learning course, the teaching model is not the previous educational view and the active educational and tool-oriented approach has replaced the previous course in accordance with the conditions and needs of the teacher. The teaching tool has changed, the teaching tool has changed to a technology-based approach and the use of various educational tools such as augmented reality has changed in this direction and a close relationship has been established between student and teacher and the result of education leading to Word is the labor market and learning Specialized. Also in examining the positive and negative effects of the new model of e-learning and learning; Training in this course is focused on the lack of specific time and place, specialization and extensive training, as well as more and more accurate monitoring of the training method are the most important benefits and the leveling of relationships and lack of operational reactions and various acts between learners and in communication. With the teacher is one of the most important disadvantages of this plan. According to studies, e-learning can have a positive effect on education, which in combination with face-to-face training will increase its quality and positive effects.
