A prominent feature of Abu Ali Farsi is his high interest in Quranic sciences, especially Quranic readings and he relies more on the Qur'an than on other sources in explaining his views. So that the Qur'an and its readings are the main source of his syntactic, rhetorical and lexical views. Abu Ali interprets the Qur'an with the Qur'an and his views are based on Qur'anic analogy and interpretation. Abu Ali's great attention to the Holy Qur'an led to the emergence of unique syntactic, rhetorical and lexical views by him, so that it seems that he had a great influence on literary criticism and the emergence of some old and new critical theories. herefore, in this article, an attempt has been made to study the method and extent of his influence on literary criticism and some critical theories using the descriptive-analytical method, syntactic and rhetorical thought of Abu Ali Farsi. The results of the research showed the obvious influence of syntactic, rhetorical and lexical views of Abu Ali Farsi in literary criticism and it also showed that views emerged by Abu Ali Farsi that contributed greatly to the richness of literary criticism after him and contributed to the emergence of new critical theories under new headings such as theory of perception and hermeneutics.
