A Model for Assessing the Outcomes of Organizational Performance in Imam Khamenei's Thought
Outcome assessment is the final part of performance appraisal that determines the extent to which the effects, in other words, the actions, programs, and activities of organizations in the environment are realized. Applying the findings and results of evaluating the outcomes in the plans and programs of organizations leads to the Correction and improvement of performance and the promotion of organizational efficiency and effectiveness. The main purpose of the present study is to achieve a pattern of evaluating the outcomes of organizational performance in Imam Khamenei's Thought. The type of research is fundamental and its method is the foundation data theory (Grand Theory) Through a library study of data collection Researcher, through library studies, collects data (Statements from 1368 to 1397) and analyzed Most of him statements using content and discourse analysis techniques and using MAXQUDA 12 software. Based on the research results, in response to the research questions, the researchers, while analyzing the statements, extracted, categorized and reviewed the propositions related to the subject and its results, which included seven elements: explaining the outcomes, consequential indexing, and collecting environmental data. Analysis of environmental data, conclusions, production of reports and production is the result of evaluating the outcomes, in Imam Khamenei's thought, along with the pattern of evaluating the outcomes of organizational performance.
