Formulation and Ranking of Human Resources Strategies of Iran Technical and Vocational Training Organization based on Linear Goal Programming
The main purpose of this research is to formulate and rank the human resources strategies of Iran Technical and Vocational Training Organization. The present research is applied in terms of its purpose, in terms of nature and method, descriptive-analytical and in terms of field performance. In this research, firstly, with the help of strategy Formulation techniques, the most important internal and external factors were identified, and initial organizational strategies were developed using the strengths and weaknesses matrix, opportunities and threats. In this research, a novel linear goal programming technique, one of the new methods for weighting, has been used to formulate a SWOT strategy and to rank human resources strategies. Based on the results of the research, 11 strategies including 3 SO strategies, 3 WO strategies, 3 ST strategy and 2 WT strategies were identified. In the final ranking, the tenth strategy that "systematizes the appointment of employees based on their competence" is ranked first, and the rest of the strategy is ranked. It is suggested to managers of the organization to position their employeeschr(chr('39')39chr('39')) appointment and career progression based on their competencies and capabilities in order to increase the motivation of the employees.
