The effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy on reducing depression, anxiety and increasing psychological stubbornness of teachers in Kermanshah
The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy on reducing depression, anxiety and increasing psychological stubbornness of teachers in Kermanshah in 2019-2020. The present study is a pilot project of pre-test-post-test type with control group. Participants in the experimental group received 8 sessions of cognitive-behavioral therapy and the control group did not undergo any interventions. Psychology has become teachers. The most important results of this study are the effectiveness and usefulness of cognitive-behavioral therapy in reducing the level of depression, anxiety and increasing psychological stubbornness of teachers. It is concluded that cognitive-behavioral therapy can be effective in improving the symptoms of anxiety and depression and improving stubbornness.
