Design a model for environmental programs and policies of the first to sixth development plans

The purpose of this study is to design a model for sociological analysis of environmental policies and programs in Iran and sociopolitical consequences from the first to the sixth development plan in Iran which is done qualitatively using the qualitative section with the help of the data method of the Foundation or Grand Theory, the researcher has conducted indepth interviews with 16 elite people, managers and experts related to the country’s environment. The results of data analysis based on the three steps of coding showed that 265 concepts were extracted from 30 subcategories that have a conceptual relationship in the axial coding stage, 12 axial categories have been extracted from subcategories By Further abstraction these categories in the selective coding stage, one category can be Environmental programs and policies lead to the consequences of political and national security and the development of environmental culture along with community health due to the coordinated decisions of high-level and public and private understanding in the context of taking environmental Knowledge and value seriously using intellectual-legal and green strategies, which can cover all other categories in the small part if the validation of the extractive model is done. The results if structural equation modeling showed that all extracted qualitative components have a direct and significant effect program and policy
