The effect of spiritual intelligence on the quality of communication with the patient with the mediating role of work ethic(Case study: public Hospital, )
Nursing is considered as one of the most important occupations in the field of health and treatment, which apart from its key importance, also includes an important and large part of the population working in the field of health. But this profession has special physical consequences due to its special conditions such as lack of manpower, work shifts, large number of patients and ........ The present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive research in terms of data collection and is a branch of field studies and is descriptive-survey in terms of the relationship between research variables. The statistical population of the present study includes 350 nurses from public Hospital , who were selected as a sample using stratified random sampling of 183 nurses using Cochran's formula. A standard questionnaire was used to collect information. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the content validity and the opinion of the professors. Data were analyzed using SPSS22.0 and AMOS22 software. The results show that spiritual intelligence as an independent variable at the level of 95% confidence has an effect on work ethic and the quality of communication with the patient. Also, work ethic as an independent variable at the level of 95% confidence has an effect on the quality of communication with the patient and its coefficient of effectiveness is 0.28.
