Evaluation of the effectiveness of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy online and online on sleep quality and obsessive-compulsive disorder caused by corona virus in patients with generalized anxiety disorder
The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy online and online sleep quality and obsessive-compulsive disorder caused by Corona virus in patients with generalized anxiety disorder. The post-test was with a control group. The statistical population of the present study was all patients referred to psychotherapy clinics in Mashhad who were diagnosed with the disorder by clinical interview and Spitzer et al. (2006). From the clients, 30 people were selected. These individuals were randomly divided into experimental (n = 15) and control (n = 15) groups. The research variables were assessed in two groups in the pre-test stage. The research instruments included the General Anxiety Disorder Questionnaire, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Questionnaire and the Obsessive Beliefs Questionnaire (OBQ). In the post-test stage, it was measured in two groups. Ankova results showed that with 95% confidence we can say that the mean of the experimental and control groups in the variables of sleep quality (965 F = 5.5 and p = 0.035) and obsessive thoughts caused by coronary heart disease (F = 6.789 and p = 0.035) and cognitive therapy based on mindfulness online and online on tolerating ambiguity, sleep quality And obsessive-compulsive disorder caused by coronary heart disease is effective in people with generalized anxiety disorder.
