Designing a strategic agility model of the Social Security Organization with the approach of Islamic Jihadi management.

The purpose of this study is to present a strategic agility model of the Social Security Organization with the approach of Islamic Jihadi management. In this study, first the components of the strategic agility model of the Social Security Organization with the approach of Islamic Jihadi management(Valueism, innovation and creativity and seriousness and enthusiasm) were identified through exploratory studies and surveys of knowledgeable experts using the Delphi technique, and then these factors in the form of The designed model was tested in the statistical population. The statistical population of the study was 30 experts to test the model and to measure the research variables was used by senior managers of the Social Security Organization, whose number was 140 people.Due to the limited statistical population, the census method was used. The present study is a descriptive-correlational research that has been done by survey method. Also, this research is development-applied in terms of purpose. T. Findings of the research while confirming the proposed research model showed that Islamic jihadi management (Valueism, innovation and creativity and seriousness and enthusiasm) has a positive and significant effect on the strategic agility of the Social Security Organization.
