Providing A Model For Promoting Teachers’ Quality Of Life (Case Study: Primary Teachers Of Sistan & Baluchestan Province)
This study aimed to provide a model for improving the quality of life of primary teachers in Sistan and Baluchestan province. In this study, the qualitative approach. The participants of this study consisted of 18 expert teachers who were selected based on the principle of theoretical saturation and by purposeful and theoretical sampling method. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and data analysis through open, axial and selective coding using MAXQDA18 software. To assess the validity and reliability of the quality, the method of "review by members", "Triangulation data sources", "peer review", "review of supervisors" and "reliability between two coders" were used. The results of this study showed 11 main categories, 36 sub-categories and 253 sub-categories, which in the form of a paradigm model around the pivotal phenomenon (quality of life), including causal conditions (providing needs), underlying factors (individual factors). Family factors/organizational-occupational factors), confounding conditions (external factors), strategies (individual and family actions/decentralization in education/organizational and managerial actions) and outcomes were at the level (individual and family/job-organization).
