Challenges of Disciplinary and Social Prevention of Emerging Media Crimes (Study of Club House Chat Rooms)
Clubhouse is one of the latest social networks that relies solely on voice and is rapidly expanding in the world and in Iran. The main purpose of this study is to examine the challenges of disciplinary and social crime prevention in this social network.
This research is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of nature is analytical research and its research method is qualitative. The statistical population of the study includes 18 FATA police managers and experts in cyberspace and media. Sampling was done purposefully. Interview method was used to collect information while using library resources. The validity of the findings was done through the opinion of other experts (trinity technique) and reliability was done by carefully guiding the interview process, interpreting convergent interviews and finally with the opinion of experts. The content analysis method and Max Kyoda software were used to analyze the data.
The challenges of disciplinary and social prevention of clubhouse crimes have 5 main themes including legal, executive, social, cultural and technical challenges, which have a total of 53 sub-themes.
For successful disciplinary and social prevention of crimes in rooms with inappropriate contents of the clubhouse, a set of measures such as solving legal problems, strategizing police actions, developing social prevention and cultural planning and allocating both technical facilities should be on the agenda.
