Presenting the Model of Resource Allocation to Injuries of the Disasters
The present study is an exploratory mixed methods that has been conducted in 2019 with the aim of modeling indices affecting on optimized resource allocation to injuries of the disasters. The statistical population of the study consisted of all University professors with specialty in crisis management, emergency personnel and Red Crescent rescuers in Shiraz, Their number are 400 people; sample size was calculated using 196, based on Morgan’s table; which were selected by Stratified random sampling. Using the Bi-nominal technique, among the 58 Key Success Factors of optimized resource allocation, which was extracted from an open questionnaire based on experts’ opinions, 44 indices were removed and 14 indices were selected. These 14 factors, placed into 4 total groups, named “managerial factors, human resource, Area status, and items and equipment”, based on exploratory factor analysis (EFA) technique. Using the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) method (LISREL software), the fitting of the proposed model was confirmed.
