The Role of Organizational Culture in the Development and Sharing of knowledge

Knowledge management is one of the most important issues in today's organizations that has become a necessity with increasing the level of knowledge and diversity resulting from multiple resources in organizations; on the one hand and the importance of the role of knowledge in organizational development and transformation. Knowledge management for development in the organization requires several facilitators and context builders such as organizational culture. The present article seeks to investigate the role of organizational culture in the development and sharing of knowledge in the organization. Creating, learning, maintaining, sharing and reproducing knowledge among the employees of the organization is a fundamental challenge for all organizations that the culture of the organization can play a decisive role in paving the way for the transfer and sharing of knowledge.
