Identifying and presenting the ideal model of school organizational culture in the post-corona era
Organizational culture has received a lot of attention due to its effectiveness and significant effects on organizations. In recent years, this attention to educational systems such as schools has increased due to challenges such as the Corona pandemic. Based on this, the aim of this research was to identify and present the ideal model of the organizational culture of schools in the post-corona era. The qualitative and documentary research method was based on inferential analysis and interpretation. The findings of the research indicate that the post-corona era of school culture and its elements, including students, families and parents, teachers and executive staff, has faced many problems such as academic failure and maximum delinquency of students to burnout of teachers. Functionalist and process can prevent the collapse of the educational system and be presented as a desirable organizational culture.
