Studies show that people avoid participating in political affairs as a result of isolated frustration, and eventually their individual anger turns into collective aggression and they come to the streets. Statistics confirm that Middle East societies have experienced this situation to varying degrees in recent years. This research seeks to answer a main question. "What is the relationship between the helplessness of governments and the frustration of nations in the Middle East?"; Is the protest against helpless governments manifested in the form of people's frustration?The results of theoretical studies show that this frustration is caused by "distrust" in political elites, "deprivation" and increasing economic inequalities, "destruction of cultures and beliefs" and finally "lack of interest in the current political currents". . As a result of this situation, most of the governments in the region are moving from a weak and fragile government to a helpless and collapsed government.
