Investigating Empowerment Factors and Improving the Managerial Position of Women in the Period Of COVID-19 Prevalence
Today, the category of women and especially their participation in decision-making and high-level occupations has been taken into consideration; therefore, the current research has been carried out with the aim of empowering factors and improving the managerial status of women.
This research has been mixed in terms of exploratory purpose and research method. The statistical sample is 18 experts from the scientific community and education specialists. Data collection tool including semi-structured interview was used. In order to analyze qualitative data, it has been done using the foundation data method.
The general results of the research indicate that the dimensions of empowering and improving the managerial position of women include causal factors, contextual factors, strategic factors, central phenomena, intervenors, consequences and later results, and include nine components, on the basis of which the final model is presented.
According to the research results, it can be said that focusing on empowerment variables can improve the managerial position of women and especially their health.
