Identifying the effective factors on the culture of obedience of the learners of Shahid Chamran Faraja specialized scientific school

Obedience has long been one of the fundamental issues. The subject that many commanders and professors have expressed the works and results of neglecting it is remarkable in today's world with the unstoppable development and growth of technology. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that increase the obedience of learners.

The present research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in nature, in which interviews were conducted with commanders, educational managers, senior officials and experts who are experts in this field to identify the factors affecting the culture of obedience of learners. The participating community, whose number was controlled based on theoretical saturation, 20 experts who were related to the topic, were selected purposefully and by using the individual semi-structured interview tool, the desired information was received, categorized and coded.

According to the objectives of the research, from 193 interview texts, 148 codes were extracted in the form of 103 basic themes, and then the themes with the same concepts were merged and 5 organizing themes (accountability, mental and psychological, justice, competition and education) in the form An overarching theme desired by commanders, chiefs and deputies was formed in increasing the spirit of obedience of learners.

The results showed that there are factors facing the commanders, chiefs and deputies in the field of increasing the spirit of obedience of the learners. , heads and relevant deputies, it is necessary.
