Designing a psychological capital management model from an Islamic perspective with the meta-combined method

The purpose of this study is to deduce a model of effective and influential factors as well as the dimensions of psychological capital management from an Islamic perspective with a method that combines a variety of meta-study methods.

In the present study, the researcher uses the systematic and meta-combined review method to analyze the results and findings of previous researchers and performs the seven steps of the Sandlowski and Barroso method by identifying three factors. To manage psychological capital from an Islamic perspective, it has categorized its conceptual model. Out of 120 studies, 90 studies were excluded and 30 studies were selected for data analysis. Finally, for the factors influencing and influencing psychological capital from the Islamic point of view, three factors of beliefs, ethics and paying attention to the rules were classified based on Quranic verses. , 4 components were discovered for the dimension of beliefs and 3 components for paying attention to the rulings. Twelve components were discovered for the influential factors of psychological capital management for the ethics dimension, four dimensions for the beliefs dimension, and three components for paying attention to the rulings. Also, the dimensions of psychological capital management from the perspective of Islam in the friend of theology and self-knowledge were considered. 13 factors were considered for the self-knowledge dimension and 12 factors for the theology dimension.

Considering the above results, it can be said that considering the breadth of humanities and the intertwining of psychological components, the present study does not claim that all influential, influential factors and dimensions of capital Has explained and recognized psychology from the perspective of Islam.
