The Effect of Space Quality on The Recovery Process of Patients with The Approach of Reducing Stress, Anxiety and Depression and up to Kid on the Creation of Healing Environments (Samples: Hemodialysis Ward of Abu Ali Sina, Namazi and Shahid Faghihi Hospitals in Shiraz)

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of space quality on patientschr' recovery process with the approach of reducing stress, anxiety and depression and up to Kidd on creating healing environments.

The present study was conducted as a questionnaire in which the statistical population included 100 dialysis patients. These patients were treated in the hemodialysis wards of Namazi Hospital, Shahid Faghihi Hospital and Abu Ali Sina Hospital in Shiraz. According to the observations of researchers in the dialysis ward of Abu Ali Sina Hospital, it is considered as a sample with good quality and with dialysis wards in Namazi and Shahid Faghihi hospitals, which include old and partially worn wards with a lifespan of more than forty years. , Has been compared. This study consists of a standard Levy Bond questionnaire that determines the percentage of anxiety, stress and depression of patients in the samples and analyzes the architectural space and healing features of the sample hospitals. Out of 21 questions, 7 questions are related to measuring stress, 7 questions are related to measuring anxiety and 7 questions are related to measuring depression. Which includes a score between a minimum of zero and a maximum of 21. The questionnaires were completed in the last hours of hemodialysis by patients in the relevant wards and SPSS software was used to analyze the results.

The findings showed that Abu Ali Sina Hospital with good design quality and having healing elements had a significant difference in the level of stress, anxiety and depression compared to the two worn hospitals.

The results showed that the rate of stress, anxiety and depression in the dialysis ward of Bu Ali Hospital in Shiraz is less than two cases.
