The components and indicators of needs assessment in improving the scientific research level of the intelligence society based on the statement of the second step

Considering the big scientific-research investments of the enemies of the system to use their results in intelligence and counter-intelligence operations, the need to improve the scientific-research level of the intelligence society has doubled; Therefore, achieving the components and indicators of needs assessment in accordance with the advantages mentioned in the statement of the second step, to target this leap, is very important as a basic approach.

This research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of method and has an inductive approach. The main goal of the research is to analyze the content of the Supreme Leader's statements in the statement of the second step of the revolution. The method of collecting data is library and referring to websites, and the qualitative method of content analysis has been used to analyze the data. The statistical population is the statement of the second step in the study area of this article, and considering that the researcher tries to answer the questions according to the statement of the second step, it is exploratory and based on the statement of the second step.

By examining the data in the expressive content of the second step, the number of 80 sub-categories and main categories was determined, and in the analysis of the findings, finally 44 indicators in three components; Attitudinal (19 indicators), knowledge (11 indicators) and skills (14 indicators) were identified to improve the scientific-research level.
