The method of this research is descriptive-analytical with a qualitative approach of an applied type, and for the analysis of the "theme analysis" method, the number of 139 speeches of His Holiness from the issuance of the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution to December 1400 were fully studied and the results were counted.The macro-trends resulting from this research for the second step are: educating young believers, revolutionary; spreading and strengthening the message of the martyrs; expanding and strengthening goals, ideals; strengthening the spiritual foundation; population increase and lifestyle expansion; promoting, developing and expanding the culture of jihadi work, cooperation and cooperation; strengthening and expanding Hosseini Arbaeen; Expanding and strengthening the spirit of hope, vitality and revolutionary dynamism; expanding the knowledge and value system; Strengthening, expanding and increasing knowledge of the society; Expanding and promoting advanced spiritual society; The struggle to explain and narrate the facts of the revolution and values; approaching the model of Islamic governance; Spreading religious zeal in society.
