Strategies and Consequences of human resource adjustment: a Case Study of Sports Organizations

The purpose of this study was to identify strategies and consequences of human resource adjustment in sports organizations. The research method is descriptive-survey and applied in nature. Finally, the consequences of manpower adjustment with emphasis on manpower competence and individual characteristics in sports include 5 main categories. All the research paths are meaningful and the model can be a model for adjusting human resources in sports organizations.
