Predicting teacher flourishing based on social support and emotional creativity
The present research was conducted with the aim of predicting teacher flourishing based on social support and emotional creativity. The descriptive research method was correlation type. The statistical population of the research was male and female teachers of Khoy city. Through Morgan's table, 302 people were selected as samples. A random proportional stratified sampling method was used to select the samples. The flourishing questionnaire (PREMA) (Kern, 2014), social support (Phillips, 1986) and emotional creativity (April, 1999) questionnaires were used to collect data. Data analysis was done using stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings of the research showed that teacher flourishing can be predicted based on the components of social support, emotional creativity and student-centered educational approaches.
