Investigating factors affecting the job satisfaction of male elementary school teachers in Bukan city
The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the factors affecting the job satisfaction of male elementary school teachers in Bukan city. The method of the current research was a correlational description. The statistical population included all male elementary school teachers in Bukan city in 1401-1400, who were studied using the available sampling method of 110 people as a sample, and after selecting the sample, the researcher made a questionnaire of demographic characteristics and Minnesota job satisfaction. (MSQ) was provided to teachers. After confirming the normality of the data using the Kolmogorov Smirnov test, the research data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 23 software, and the significance level of the tests was considered 0.05. The findings showed that the variables of work experience and age negatively and significantly predict job satisfaction (p<0.001). Also, the level of education, marital status, monthly income and type of employment positively and significantly predict teachers' job satisfaction (p<0.001). According to the findings of the research, it can be concluded that paying attention to the aforementioned demographic variables in order to improve teachers' job satisfaction should be prioritized in education.
