A Systematic Review on The Identification of Success Factors in TheImplementation of Inclusive Education

Abstract:

The purpose of the current research is a systematic review on the identification of success factors in the implementation of inclusive education. The present research was conducted qualitatively using the systematic review method in eight steps:choosing the topic, determining the entry and exit criteria,determining the search strategy using the tools available in the databases and standard keywords, determining the sources of information collection(in the present study, the most suitable databases include Web oScience,Scopus,Science Direct,Proquist,Elsevier,the Persian language database was Ganj,Sid, Magiran, Noormagz),selection of studies(through the study of 300 article abstracts),quality assessment(at this stage,after the design of the quality assessment tool,the resources extracted by a study researcher(related article),data extraction, analysis and presentation of the results,which is the final stage. In this research, we found some key elements that are influential in the successful implementation of inclusive education,such as:cultural attitudes(4sources), economic support(8sources),helping schools to understand their challenges(4sources), appropriate technology(1source),personalized learning(2sources),resources and opportunities(4sources),attitude.Teachers' knowledge and skills(11sources),educational techniques and teaching methods(5sources),planning and flexible curriculum (5sources),supportive management(7sources). Today,the implementation of inclusive programs is not limited to spatial and physical integration.One of the proposed strategies is to reduce the number of students in classes that have students with special needs. Equipping schools and providing suitable facilities is one of the other strategies to improve the effectiveness of inclusive education.
