The method used in this research was quantitative in terms of nature of data, applied in terms of purpose and descriptive research in terms of data collection. In this research, the dematel questionnaire tool was used to collect data and the danp technique was used to prioritize the criteria. All steps are done using EXCEL software.

The number of 3 criteria and 13 sub-criteria of intellectual capital were weighted using the danp technique. Finally, the finding of the research indicate the high importance of the human capital criterion in promoting the authority of defense power, and social capital and structural capital are the next priorities.
