ETA-Synthesis of Efficiency Studies of Cultural Organizations

The systematic study of numerous existing researches that have investigated various aspects of the efficiency of cultural organizations in a scattered manner can draw a knowledge map of organizational efficiency in the country .The purpose of this article is to draw thematic knowledge of organizational efficiency by examining the characteristics of its accumulated knowledge in terms of form, method and content in studies in order to identify the components of the efficiency of cultural organizations. In order to achieve this goal, the Meta-Synthesis method of domestic and foreign articles was examined and after identifying the categories, concepts and indicators of organizational efficiency components in cultural organizations and evaluating the validity and reliability of those results, the structural structure with the main category of structure/strategy alignment And the subcategories of mission alignment, structural alignment have priority and importance to explain efficiency.
