Identifying and ranking effective factors in employee satisfaction
The satisfaction of duty employees with the service environment increases the general trust of Iranian families and society in military and defense organizations. The present research has identified and ranked the effective factors in the satisfaction of duty workers in a military unit. This research is practical in terms of descriptive-exploratory data collection and in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the research is the duty staff in a military unit, 201 of whom have been selected as a statistical sample. The main tool used in this research was a questionnaire made by the researcher, whose items were compiled based on library studies, theoretical foundations and related studies. In order to check the validity of the questionnaire, the KMO index and Bartlett's test were used. The content validity of the questionnaire was also confirmed by a number of experts after making corrections and benefiting from the opinion of experts. Also, the reliability of the questionnaire was calculated through Cronbach's alpha coefficient using SPSS22 software, which was confirmed. Also, in order to analyze the data, the factor analysis test was used. The results of this research indicate that the satisfaction of duty employees is related to the "behavior of commanders", "behavior of their peers", "assigned organizational tasks", "health and safety system" and "suggestions system" in the organization. have given
