The foundation of right-oriented and the principles adopted from it in organizational communication from the perspective of the Quran
Organizational communication is an important and pervasive issue that has a significant impact on solving internal and outside the organization issues. Since the foundations and principles of organizational communication in a religious society are different from non-religious society; this research try to find an answer to what is the fundamental of the right-oriented and its role in the design of the principles of organizational communication from the perspective of the Holy Qur'an? For organizational communication from the perspective of the Qur'an, several fundamental and principles can be extracted; But this research is dedicated to the foundation of right-oriented. The findings of the research show that the components of the right-oriented are: the truth of God, the truth of religion, the truth of innocent, and .... These components are basic beliefs and assumptions guide people to comply the following principles: seeking the right, speaking the right, and hearing the right.
