    Introduction
    Patient education is a dynamic and continuous process that starts from the moment of admitting the patient and continues after the discharge. The objective of such education is to empower patients to do self-care and improve their quality of lives. Different methods are available for education. This study was aimed to explore the Facilitators and barriers of remote education using mobile massaging applications. 
    Materials and Methods
    The study was conduct as a participatory action research. Participants were 70 nurses, 14 physicians, and 96 patients. Data was collect with interviews. Data analysis method was content analysis and the research process consisted of four phases of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. 
    Results
    The categories of the Facilitators of mobile learning from physicians, nurses, and patients’ viewpoints were “more accessibility, complete and comprehensive, and ease of virtual education.” Among the barriers were “large volume of content, out of date content that puzzles the users, invalidity of some references, and the risk of infection transmission through mobile phone.” The participants emphasized on the necessity of codifying content, updating educational resources, teaching the methods of using reliable references, and codifying guidelines of disinfecting mobile phones. 
    Conclusion
    Patient education through remote education in virtual space using massaging applications is an efficient, comprehensive, accessible, and economic method that also brings patients’ satisfaction. It is essential to use experts’ viewpoints to update the references. The patients need to be educated about the right way of disinfecting mobile devices and find reliable references.

    زمینه و هدف

    استفاده از فضای مجازی بر کیفیت زندگی افراد تاثیر گذار است. لذا هدف پژوهش شناسایی آسیب های ناشی از شیوه زندگی دانشجویان متاثر از فضای مجازی و راه های مواجه با آن به منظور ارایه مدل می باشد.

    روش کار

    این پژوهش با رویکرد آمیخته (کیفی و کمی) انجام شد. جامعه آماری آن در بخش کیفی، شامل دانشجویانی که دچار آسیب شده اند به تعداد 12 نفر و در بخش کمی، کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان مازندران به تعداد 43 هزار نفر تشکیل دادند که در بخش کیفی از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند تعداد 12 نفر و در بخش کمی بر اساس جدول کرجسی- مورگان، تعداد 351 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با 71 سوال استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون های تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی استفاده شد.

    یافته ها

    نتایج نشان داد که آسیب های ناشی از شیوه زندگی دانشجویان متاثر از فضای مجازی دارای 6 بعد «آسیب های اجتماعی نوظهور و کلاسیک، آسیب های تربیتی-فرهنگی، آسیب های سیاسی، آسیب های امنیتی، آسیب های روانشناختی، آسیب های فیزیولوژی» است. در تعیین اولویت هر یک از مولفه های مدل مربوط به راه های مواجهه با آسیب های براساس بارهای عاملی استاندارد متغیر حکمرانی مطلوب دارای بار عاملی 97/0 بیشترین اولویت و کاربران با بار عاملی 56/0 کمترین اولویت را در تبیین مدل دارا می باشند.

    نتیجه گیری

    به طور کلی می توان بیان داشت که برگزاری کلاس های آموزشی و داشتن حکمرانی مطلوب جهت آگاهی دادن به نوجوانان و جوانان در مورد مزایا و معایب فناوری های جدید و نحوه استفاده صحیح از آن ها از راهکارهای کاهش آسیب در بهره گیری از فضای مجازی می باشد.

    Background and Aim

    The spread of new technologies in the field of electronics and computers in the past few decades has led to the emergence of all kinds of electronic and computer devices and programs, including the Internet, mobile phones, satellites, and computer games in the world. It is undeniable that these changes and developments have made human life many times easier, but on the other side of the coin, we cannot ignore the damage caused by these new technologies. Today's students are not like the previous generations, almost all of these students have all or some of these technologies. Regardless of the wide application of these tools, what is widely used today and covers a large part of people's daily activities is the Internet and, accordingly, the virtual space. Internet is an inexhaustible collection of databases that gathers various and diverse individual and collective information of humans and it expands every day. Therefore, the attractiveness of virtual space on the one hand and the ease of activity in this category of communities on the other hand cause the relationship between membership and presence in virtual space and changes in the quality of life of students to be raised as a serious question for researchers in the field of culture and communication. ; Considering that it is impossible to remove the media especially the virtual space from the digital life of the 12th century, because the amount of students' use of the virtual space was between 2-3 hours a day, but with the pathology of this space in the mentioned areas and providing solutions Practical to deal with it, this tool can be used to achieve the high goals of society; One of the most important practical solutions that has been discussed in this research. Therefore, the current research seeks to answer the question that how are the damages caused by the lifestyle of students affected by cyberspace and the ways to face it in the educational system identified and modeled?

    Methods

    This research is practical in terms of purpose, which was done with a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) with an exploratory design. A descriptive survey method was used in the quantitative part. In the qualitative part, the statistical population was formed by interviews with 12 injured students and in the quantitative part, all the students of the Islamic Azad University of Mazandaran Province, in the number of 43 thousand people, in the qualitative part of the purposeful sampling method and Considering the saturation law of 12 people and in the quantitative part based on the Krejci-Morgan table, 351 people were selected as a sample by stratified random sampling method according to gender. In order to collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire on the harm caused by the lifestyle of students affected by cyberspace with 71 questions was used. The formal and content validity of the tool was approved by the experts, and their combined reliability and Cronbach's alpha were calculated above 0.7, which was approved. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis tests were used to analyze the data.

    Results

    The results showed that; Harms caused by the way of life of students affected by cyberspace have 6 dimensions "emerging and classic social harms, educational-cultural harms, political harms, security harms, psychological harms, physiological harms" in determining the priority of each component of the model related to the harms caused From the way of life of students affected by cyberspace, based on variable standard factor loadings, emerging and classic social harms with a factor load of 0.87 have the highest priority and psychological harms with a factor load of 0.62 have the lowest priority in explaining the model. In determining the priority of each of the components of the model related to the ways of dealing with the damage caused by the lifestyle of students affected by cyberspace, based on the standard factor loadings, the optimal governance variable has the highest priority with a factor load of 0.97 and users with a factor load of 0.56 have the lowest priority. They have an explanation of the model.

    Conclusion

    In the explanation of the findings, it can be said that one of the biggest social problems that today's societies are suffering from is the weakness of the family foundation. Since the problems of families appear in the form of social anomalies, the family and its health are extremely important. Preparing children to accept social responsibilities is one of the most important and fundamental duties of families. Young people should be able to prepare especially for joint lives and try to adjust their relationships with their surroundings to a conventional and acceptable level. Regardless of the high and increasing statistics that are shown in issues such as increasing the age of marriage, divorce, there are running away from home, prostitution and other family issues, the cooling of emotional connections and dissatisfaction with family life, which have caused major failures and failures in the lives of young people. These indicate deep problems at the family level that must somehow be rooted out and treated. One of the main reasons for the emergence of family problems and basically dissatisfaction with cohabitation is the virtual space, which has been created under the influence of media productions and has caused it to raise the level of expectation and satisfaction from cohabitation, especially among the young generation. Under the influence of this environment, what young people should expect from a joint life is somehow distorted. The pleasure and intimacy that is imprinted in the minds of young people from the programs and contents of the media such as movies and series will not be attainable in normal life to a great extent and this can have harmful consequences for the future of young people. It is suggested to inform and teach how to use cyber space correctly, use the capabilities of visual, audio and written media to institutionalize cyber culture, hold training sessions by cultural centers in order to educate and inform parents about new technologies, especially the internet and virtual social networks, are mentioned. It is suggested that educational classes be held in schools to inform teenagers and young people about the advantages and disadvantages of new technologies and how to use them correctly, encouraging them to participate in social activities and strengthening such behaviors by parents. Strict laws to deal with the criminals of Internet crimes and the implementation of these laws are among the other solutions proposed by the experts in this field.

    بی شک در عصر اطلاعات و داده های پایگاه های اطلاعاتی اهمیت آن بر هیچ کس پوشیده نیست که استفاده از این مهم نیاز به رعایت اصول اخلاقی و اصل انسان مداری است که همگان به آن پایبند باشند ودر استفاده از اطلاعات نهایت رعایت اصول و موازین اخلاقی را توجه داشته وبه آن اهتمام بورزند.چالش هایی که در فضای مجازی کاربران با آن مواجه هستند بر هیچ کسی پوشیده نیست واین امر را می طلبد که راه کار هایی برای آن در نظر گرفته شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر آن است که با توجه به چالش های  اخلاقی و مبانی اصول اخلاقی مهم ترین چالش های اخلاقی در عصر اطلاعات را برای کاربران ودرک بهتر روابط بین آن چالش ها ونظریه های اخلاقی در حوزه اطلاعات در فضای مجازی را برای کاربران این حوزه استنتاج نماید.

    مواد و روش ها

      پژوهش حاضر از نوع نظری بوده وبا روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و رویکرد کیفی انجام گرفته است. روش گرد آوری اطلاعات، کتابخانه ای است وشامل شناسایی و مطالعه منابع علمی موجود از جمله مقالات و کتاب هایی است که در زمینه اخلاق، اخلاق کامپیوتر ، اخلاق جهانی، نظام آموزش از راه دور در بستراخلاق کامپیوتر واخلاق جهانی نوشته شده است وفیش برداری، طبقه بندی اطلاعات، تجزیه وتحلیل و تفسیر داده های گردآوری شده وپاسخ به سوالات تحقیق می شود.

    یافته ها

    یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد. در پرتو پیشرفت علم وتکنولوژی باید خاطر نشان ساخت که داده های اطلاعاتی از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار هستند و آن چه مهم تر به نظر می رسد اخلاق اطلاعات و نحوه کاربست صحیح ان در فضای مجازی است.

    نتیجه گیری

    با اگاهی در برابر چالش های اطلاعاتی در قرن حاضر می توانیم با یک رویکرد عقلایی-فلسفی و با نگاهی اندیشمندانه و واقع گرایانه به رفع چالش های ان در عصر اطلاعات دست پیدا کنیم و با کمک به گسترش افق  دید وبهبود درک موجود بین داده های اطلاعاتی و چالش های پیش روی آن که مواجه هستیم به راه حل های عقلایی برای رفع این مهم بپردازیم.

    Purpose

The purpose of the current research is to deduce the most important ethical challenges in the information age for users and better understanding of the relationships between those challenges and ethical theories in the field of information in virtual space for the users of this field, according to the ethical challenges and the foundations of ethical principles.

    Materials and methods

    The current research is of a theoretical type and has been carried out using a descriptive-analytical method and a qualitative approach. The method of collecting information is a library and includes the identification and study of available scientific resources, including articles and books that are written in the field of ethics, computer ethics, global ethics, distance education system in the context of computer ethics and global ethics.     Findings

    زمینه و هدف

    رسانه ها به ویژه رسانه های اجتماعی نقش بسزایی در آموزش افراد دارای معلولیت و نیز آموزش سایر افراد جامعه درقبال افراد دارای معلولیت دارند. رسانه های امروز کشور کمتر به این رسالت مهم توجه داشته اند. تحقیق حاضر با هدف شناخت بازنمایی افراد دارای معلولیت در رسانه های اجتماعی و نیز نقش این گونه رسانه ها در ارتقای شرایط زندگی این افراد صورت گرفت.

    روش بررسی

    این پژوهش با روش کیفی انجام پذیرفت. به منظور نیل به هدف پژوهش از ابزار مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. با یازده نفر از خبرگان رسانه ها در ایران مصاحبه صورت گرفت که همگی حداقل ده سال سابقه کار رسانه ای داشتند یا درصورت داشتن تجربه کمتر، از تحصیلات کارشناسی ارشد یا بیشتر مرتبط با حوزه رسانه برخوردار بودند. همچنین به منظور اعتباربخشیدن به تحقیق، تکنیک مثلث سازی و نظریه «برچسب زنی» به کار رفت. از کدگذاری سه گانه (مقوله، زیرمقوله، کد) برای تحلیل محتوای مصاحبه های عمیق و نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد.

    یافته ها

    یافته های این پژوهش در سه مقوله و شش زیرمقوله ارایه شد. مضمون های شناسایی و طبقه بندی نیازهای معلولان (با زیرمضمون های اطلاع رسانی عمومی، استفاده از شبکه های اجتماعی برای اشتراک گذاری و بازتاب فعالیت های افراد دارای معلولیت)، ارتقای سطح ارتباطات اجتماعی افراد دارای معلولیت ازطریق فضای مجازی (با زیرمضمون های آموزش به افراد دارای معلولیت و جامعه برای ایجاد تعامل مثبت و دوسویه، ایجاد ارتباط بین افراد دارای معلولیت و دیگر افراد) و ایجاد تشخص اجتماعی (با زیرمضمون های ایجاد گروه در فضای مجازی توسط افراد دارای معلولیت، ایجاد کانال در فضای مجازی توسط افراد دارای معلولیت) شناسایی شد.

    نتیجه گیری

    براساس نتایج پژوهش، استفاده از فضای مجازی به خصوص شبکه های اجتماعی توانسته است موجب ارتقای سطح اجتماعی زندگی افراد دارای معلولیت شود.

    Background & Objectives

    Nowadays, social media has gained a crucial role in human life. Creating social branding stands out as one of the main concerns of people with disabilities. The media, especially social media, must assume different responsibilities towards people with disabilities. Informing, educating, and entertaining people with disabilities, as well as informing other sections of society about the low quality of life of people with disabilities, are among the most important missions of any media. Social networks have contributed to the integration of people with disabilities in society. Access to social networks has become easy for the public in recent decades. Therefore, it seems logical to investigate the role of social media in improving and promoting the individual and social life conditions of people with disabilities. This research aims to examine the way of representation of people with disabilities in social networks in improving their living conditions.

    Methods

    The research method was qualitative, and the main research tool was the in–depth and semi–structured interview. Iranian media elites were targeted for interviews. In this research, media elites are defined as persons with at least 10 years of experience in this field or who have a master's degree and higher university studies with fewer experiences. Eleven experts were selected for the interview. We used the triangulation technique and the "labeling" theory to validate the research. Triple coding (category, subcategory, code) was used to analyze the content of in–depth and semi–structured interviews.

    Results

    The findings of this research uncovered 3 categories and 6 subcategories: the category of identifying and classifying the needs of disabled people (with the subcategories of public information, using social networks to share and reflect the activities of people with disabilities), improving the level of social communication of people with disabilities through virtual space (with the subcategories of teaching people with disabilities and society to create positive mutual interaction, and developing communication between people with disabilities and other people) and creating social branding (with the subcategories of creating a group in virtual space by people with disabilities and creating a channel in virtual space by people with disabilities).

    Conclusion

    According to the results of the research, the use of virtual space, especially social networks, can improve the social level of the lives of people with disabilities.

    زمینه و هدف

    شبکه های مجازی بستری برای خرید و فروش محصولات مختلف می باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل پیاده سازی استراتژی های کسب و کار بازاریابی محصولات مرتبط با سلامت در شبکه های اجتماعی بود.

    روش کار

    در پژوهش مقطعی حاضر، جامعه آماری در مرحله کیفی 20 نفر از صاحب‎نظران بودند؛ که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و تکنیک نمونه گیری گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. بعد از پیاده سازی مصاحبه های انجام شده، کدهای مفهومی از متن مصاحبه ها شناسایی شد و متن مصاحبه ها مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها همزمان و به طور مستمر با جمع آوری اطلاعات انجام پذیرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در بخش کیفی از روش نظریه داده بنیاد رویکرد (گلیزر، 1978) استفاده شد. همچنین در بخش کمی داده ها ابتدا برای غربالگری معیارهای شناسایی شده از بخش کیفی پژوهش از پرسشنامه دلفی استفاده شد و در مرحله دوم برای سنجش اعتبار عاملی معیارهای شناسایی شده در قالب سازه های مورد نظر از پرسشنامه استفاده گردید.

    یافته ها: 

    با توجه به نتایج می‎توان گفت برای اینکه ساز و کار اجرای فراهم شود، باید 1) استراتژی نوآوری، 2) استراتژی ارتباط با مشتری، 3) استراتژی زیر ساخت، 4) استراتژی توسعه، 5) استراتژی خدمات، 6) استراتژی نیروی انسانی متخصص، 7) استراتژی ترویج و تبلیغ، 8) استراتژی قیمت‎گذاری و  9) استراتژی محصولات مورد توجه قرار گیرند

    نتیجه گیری:

     با توجه به نتایج می توان گفت که شبکه های مجازی بستری مناسب برای بازاریابی محصولات مرتبط با صنعت سلامت و فیتنس می باشد.

    World population growth and increasing expectations for effective treatments and a generally better quality of life are putting increasing pressure on healthcare Therefore, health care is still one of the most important social and economic challenges worldwide and requires new and more advanced solutions from science and technology (1, 2). In response to such needs, since the early 1990s, information and communication technologies (ICT) have had a positive impact on the accessibility, efficiency, and quality of almost every health care-related process (3). Hence, the term eHealth, which refers to the application of information and communication technology in health care, has come into common use. Indeed, eHealth has attracted a great deal of public and private interest and has fueled unprecedented levels of investment in both research efforts and funding (4). On the other hand, health continuity includes the areas of disease prevention, diagnosis and management. Over the past decade, a rapidly growing group of more than 1,200 companies focused exclusively on digital health have received $33 billion in investment. These companies provide products and services with regard to every aspect of the health chain. For example, their digital health products and services promise scale, efficiency, accessibility, convenience, and greater patient engagement (5). Which can indicate the importance of business related to the health industry in different sections of the society. Support services add value to a business's core services, provide points of differentiation, and create a competitive advantage over competitors. Fitness clubs offer a number of support services, including opportunities to participate in exercise. Fitness tests are a common support service (11). On the other hand, some of the clients of medical clinics need sports and physical fitness services. For example, heart patients who need rehabilitation; Obese people who are looking for fitness; Patients with metabolic disorders such as type 2 and type 1 diabetes or people with alcoholic fatty liver who are clients of health clinics or fitness clubs, which can indicate the importance of planning and strategizing to provide services related to the health industry and market. Work in this field.According to the mentioned contents, the aim of the present research was to design a model for the implementation of business strategies for marketing health-related products in social networks.

    Methods

    The present research was conducted with the approach of exploratory design of tool development, based on this plan, first the qualitative aspect of the research was conducted using the data theory analysis method based on Glazer's approach (1978) and then the research was conducted quantitatively and finally the qualitative and quantitative results were interpreted. It happened at the same time. In fact, in this project, first, based on qualitative studies, the structures or components of the desired theory were described and analyzed. In this way, the framework and factors of those structures and components are extracted and indexes are developed for it, and finally, using quantitative data, the credibility and evaluation of the constructed theory is investigated (Hakimzadeh and Abdulmaleki, 89). This plan can be seen below. The statistical population was used in the quantitative stage in the discussion of the screening of criteria from the point of view of 20 experts. It should be noted that considering that the criteria of the screening questionnaire should be set in such a way that the experts participate in the research; Therefore, qualitative experts were used in this research. In the criteria validation section, which was used with the confirmatory factor analysis approach, the statistical population was made up of all stakeholders and stakeholders and various experts in the discussion of sports business (N=2874). In order to estimate the sample size from SP sample size determination software. S. S sample power was used, taking into account the maximum independent variable influencing the dependent variables involved in the regression models of the research and the error percentage of 0.05, the power is higher than 0.85 and the effect size is 0.05, the sample size is 370. People were estimated. First, Delphi questionnaire was used to screen the identified criteria from the qualitative part of the research. And in the second stage, a questionnaire was used to measure the factorial validity of the identified criteria in the form of the desired constructs. The scoring basis for screening questionnaire criteria was based on a five-point Likert scale and the range of scores was from very low to very high. Delphi analysis method was used in the quantitative part. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model were used to check the questionnaire. Coding of the qualitative part was done manually. In order to perform calculations in this chapter of the research, Excel version 10, SPSS software version 25, Amos software version 23 and SmartPLS version 2,3 were used.

    Results

    The results showed that innovation strategy has a positive and significant effect on product strategy (α = 0.144, P = 0.001). Promotion strategy has a positive and significant effect on product strategy (α = 0.065, P = 0.001). Service strategy has a positive and significant effect on product strategy (α = 0.239, P = 0.001). Pricing strategy has a positive and significant effect on product strategy (α = 0.471, P = 0.001). Expert manpower strategy has a positive and significant effect on development strategy (α = 0.638, P = 0.001). Customer relationship strategy has a significant and negative effect on product strategy (α = -0.141, P = 0.001). Infrastructure strategy has a positive and significant effect on product strategy (α = 0.092, P = 0.001). Product strategy has a positive and significant effect on expert human resources strategy (α = 0.461, P = 0.001). It was also found that the innovation strategy indirectly has a positive and significant effect on the development strategy (α = 0.042, P = 0.001). Finally, it was found that the infrastructure strategy indirectly has a positive and significant effect on the development strategy (α = 0.027, P = 0.001).

    Conclusion

    According to the results of this research, it can be said that the business of marketing sports products related to health as a part of the health industry in social networks should be done by making timely decisions and with sufficient knowledge of consumers and market needs. By offering a good product, at a reasonable price, using optimal distribution methods, using informative advertisements using a process defined by efficient and responsible human resources in a suitable place (one of the most popular social networks). The customer's destiny is to increase their market share and keep their customers with creativity, initiative, flexibility and adapting resources to the needs and demands of customers in addition to increasing their market share.

    BACKGROUND

    Applying new methods of clinical education seems to provide nursing students with educational opportunities. The present study aimed to compare the effectiveness of training through demonstration, video display, and virtual social space on the learning of clinical skills among nursing students.

    MATERIALS AND METHODS

    In this semi‑experimental research with posttest that was performed in 2019, thirty nursing students of the seventh semester were randomly assigned to three groups of demonstration, video display, and the social virtual space education with ten people in each group. The research was conducted in the hemodialysis ward of university hospitals. Each group was trained and evaluated during 10 days with 5‑h sessions continuously. Participants’ skills were evaluated using eight self‑made, valid and reliable checklists, and the three groups were compared. For data analysis such as the means and standard deviations and inferential statistics, Mann–Whitney test, Kruskal–Wallis likelihood‑ratio, and Chi‑squared test in SPSS version 16 were used.

    RESULTS

    The results indicated that practical skill levels in the group of virtual social network were significantly higher than the two groups of video display (P = 0.045) and demonstration (P = 0.03). In addition, the group of virtual space had significantly higher scores than those of the other two groups only in two skills of “prime” and “disconnecting the patients from the machine” (P < 0.05).

    CONCLUSION

    Proper use of networks and social virtual space for clinical training, along with conventional methods of learning, provides good learning opportunities and is affordable in terms of time, cost, and process.

    Background
    Social networking has a dramatically increasing trend among adolescents. By creating novel models of content production, distribution, and reception, this space has introduced opportunities and threats for adolescents, which must be understood in relation with their health status. This study was conducted with the aim of describing the psychosocial experiences of Iranian adolescents in the Internet's virtual space.
    Methods
    The present qualitative formal content analysis was conducted in Mashhad a city Iran. The participants included 32 adolescents of 13-18 years of age. Data were collected through 32 semi-structured individual and group interviews with maximum variation. The data were recorded, transcribed, and then analyzed via MAXQ 10 software.
    Results
    In this study, 2 main themes of “moving towards constructiveness” and “perceiving social and psychological tensions” were formed. Accordingly, 9 subcategories were formulated including: increasing the social capital, a good feeling in life, escaping loneliness, being seen in the social network, intelligent selection of content, perceived threats, temptation, decline of behavioral values and principles, and emotional and social helplessness.
    Conclusion
    Adolescents’ positive and negative experiences in the Internet form based on personal and environmental factors. These experiences affect the mental and social dimensions of their health. These factors call for the attention of scholars and policymakers for developing enabling strategies for adolescents, and their families and for experts for promoting adolescents’ health.

    مقدمه
    کمردرد یکی از شایع ترین آسیب های مرتبط با محیط کار می باشد که در سال های اخیر با وجود به کارگیری روش های درمانی حضوری، روش های مبتنی بر تکنولوژی های جدید برای آن معرفی نشده است. بنابراین هدف این پژوهش، مقایسه تاثیر دو روش تمرین درمانی و ارگونومیک مبتنی بر فضای مجازی بر روی کاربران رایانه مبتلا به کمردرد بود.
    مواد و روش ها
    در پژوهش نیمه تجربی حاضر تعداد 150 بیمار مبتلا به کمردرد، به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه شاهد (ارگونومیک) و آزمایش (ترکیبی شامل تمرین درمانی و ارگونومیک) قرار گرفتند. هر دو گروه، درمان خود را از طریق فضای مجازی دریافت نمودند. گروه شاهد، از طریق مداخله های درمانی ارگونومیک و گروه آزمایش علاوه بر مداخله های درمانی ارگونومیک، به تمرین درمانی نیز پرداخت. میزان درد و ناتوانی از طریق پرسش نامه اصلاح شده Nordic قبل و بعد از سه ماه مداخله مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. جهت تحلیل یافته ها از آزمون 2c استفاده گردید.
    یافته ها
    درد کمر در افراد مبتلا به ناهنجاری کمر در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه شاهد در ارزیابی 12 ماهه و 7 روز بعد از آن به طور معنی داری کاهش یافت (05/0 > P).
    نتیجه گیری
    استفاده از روش تمرین درمانی و ارگونومیک مبتنی بر فضای مجازی موجب بهبود کمردرد مزمن در کاربران رایانه می شود، بنابراین انجام این نوع از تمرینات توصیه می گردد.

    Introduction
    Complaints with low back pain are one of the most common work-related injuries. Despite of using in-person therapies، no other methods based on the new technologies have been yet introduced. Therefore، the aim of this study was to compare the effect of two therapeutic exercise methods and ergonomic based on virtual space in computer users with Low back pain.
    Materials And Methods
    In this semi-experimental study one hundred and fifty subjects with low back pain were participated. They were randomly divided into two control (the ergonomic) and experimental groups (combination of exercise and ergonomic therapy). Both groups received their treatment via a virtual space. The control group carried out ergonomic therapy and experimental group in addition to ergonomic intervention performed exercise therapy. The pain and disability levels were assessed using Nordick questionnaire before and after 3 months intervention. Chi-Square (χ2) was used to analyze the data.
    Results
    The level of pain in the experimental group was reduced significantly than in control group in twelve month and 7 day evaluation (P < 0. 05).
    Conclusion
    It can be concluded that the combination of ergonomic and exercise therapies may reduce low back pain in computer users، so this training program could be recommended for these people to increase their abilities to seat for a long time behind the computer.
