Abstract:
Background
The aim of this study was to investigate the Effect of 8 weeks Ranger training course on Testosterone and LH / FSH of the cadets University of Imam Ali.Materials And Methods
24 students were randomly selected and divided into experimental and control groups. Subjects performed functional tests and blood sampling in a pretest. Then the experimental group performed 8 weeks of Ranger training program and the control group did not do any exercises. To collect the data in the post-test, the subjects performed the tests again. Independent t-test was used to analyze inferential statistics using SPSS / 21 software.Results
The results showed that Ranger training had a significant effect on testosterone levels and anaerobic power of students.Conclusion
In general, optimization training program to enhance the physical performance of the operating pressure can be logically viewed with some adverse effects on physical performance during the course.Keywords:
