Investigating the Effect of Organizational Factors (Structure, Culture, and Technology) on the Performance of the traffic police Staff of West Azarbaijan Province
Today, besides human, financial, and economic capital, other factors in organizations and societies are described as "organizational factors" that can affect the performance of the organization, on the other hand, the advancement of culture and technology has led to improvements in employee performance.
The present research in terms of aim is practical and in terms of method is descriptive-survey with correlation approach. The statistical population of this research included all the police staff of mentioned province, which consists of 84 members selected randomly. In this research, the standard questionnaire was used. Cronbach's alpha was used to measure reliability. Data analysis was performed using regression test.
The extent of organizational structure impact on the performance of the traffic police personnel of West Azarbaijan is equal to 0.707 and also, The extent of organizational culture impact on the performance of the traffic police personnel of west Azarbaijan is equal to 0.511 and Finally, The extent of organizational technology impact on the performance of the traffic police personnel of west Azarbaijan is equal to 0/403.
The findings of this research show that the organizational factors and the variables studied have been effective in improving the performance of the personnel of the traffic police
