Investigating the effect of intellectual capital and innovation on financial performance, the Case Study of MAPNA Company

Innovation not only makes it possible to adapt to rapid changes in the company's technological, economic and social environments, rather, it provides a tool for actively achieving such changes. In this study, the effect of intellectual capital and creativity and innovation on the financial performance of the MAPNA company is examined. The research project is descriptive-correlational and the statistical population of the research is MAPNA Electrical Engineering and Construction and Control Company, according to the collected statistics, there are 47 electrical engineering companies and Sampling was performed among all supervisors of electrical engineering companies. Data collection was performed using a standard and field questionnaire. An examination of research hypotheses shows that the variable of human capital has the greatest impact on intellectual capital also, the impact of intellectual capital management and its dimensions on the financial performance of electrical engineering companies is positive and significant.
